Welcome to Cattery SavVal
Cattery SavVal is a Savannah cattery in the charming village of Haelen, Limburg (NL).
We first came into contact with this cat breed by fostering a Savannah that urgently needed a new home. It was love at first sight—with the cat in question, and the breed. Since then, we have delved deeper into the breed and started cattery SavVal in 2023.

Cat shows
Cattery SavVal regularly participates in cat shows with its Savannah(s). We do this to promote the breed and introduce people to it. Additionally, we want to demonstrate that misconceptions spread about the Savannah are often incorrect and relate more to individual cats than to the breed as a whole.
At cat shows, we answer questions from fellow breeders of other cat breeds and visitors, and our Savannah(s) serve as ambassadors for the Savannah cat breed. After a cat show, we always write a short report on our blog about the specific show, including photos from that day.
